How to use the Hollyland Pyro S

  1. Connect the transmitter to the camera:
    • Use an HDMI or SDI cable to connect the Pyro S transmitter to your video camera.
  2. Configure the receiver:
    • Connect the receiver to a monitor or switcher via HDMI/SDI and make sure it is synchronized with the transmitter.
  3. Adjusts the channels:
    • If you are in a saturated environment, let the system automatically select the best free channel or make a manual adjustment from the menu.
  4. Monitors transmission:
    • You can connect up to 4 receivers to send the signal simultaneously to different monitors or recording devices.
  5. Power the equipment:
    • Use an NP-F battery, connect it to a USB-C power source or use a power adapter for continuous use.
  6. Optimize in real time:
    • It takes advantage of ultra-low latency and verifies signal performance from the connected monitor, ensuring smooth transmission.
  7. Disassemble and store:
    • Turn off the transmitter/receiver, unplug it and store it in a protective case to prolong its life.
