  • Without using PC software, our conference controller still owns following settings:
    • Limit on the number of speaking persons: By Setting the number of active units at the same time (Number is 1/2/4/6/ units)

      • “OPEN” Free for all, limited by the active units setting by controller
      • “OVERRIDE” First in First out
      • “VOICE” Can activate MIC by detecting sound without press button
      • “APPLY” To apply then to speak

  • When used as the chairman unit, a variety of conference information can be displayed through the 4.3″ touch screen, such as agendas, speech request list, speaker information and speech timing or countdown, etc. At the same time, it can start conference recording, stop recording, switch conference topics, request services, initiate sign-in, and initiate voting.
  • When used as the delegate unit, through the 4.3″ touch screen, it can display the speaking order from the speech request list, the speaker’s information, agendas, the speech time or countdown, and the service request.
  • When used as a VIP unit, the system can set up to 32 VIP delegate units. As long as the total number of microphones already turned on in the system does not exceed 8, the VIP delegate unit can be turned on freely.
  • The 4.3-inch capacitive touch screen displays meeting information, such as agendas, speaker information, speaker list, speech request list, speech timing, scheduled speech, current time and date, Chinese-English dual language switch, unit version information query.
